Oud & Perfumes World Return Policy
Overview
Customer Service is Oud & Perfumes World highest priority. It is our aim that
returned merchandise is handled in such a way as to ensure satisfaction.
1-Returning Merchandise
Customers may return, within 3 (three) days of receipt of shipment, merchandise,
purchased via perfumes-world.com which is defective or damaged or which does not match
the ordered merchandise.
Any such return merchandise must be complete and in the original packaging,
wherever possible. Any accessories that were originally sent with the
merchandise must be enclosed. All documents delivered in or with the original
shipment, such as manuals, warranty materials, user instructions, packing slips,
advice notes etc, must be enclosed.
2-Merchandise Excluded from Return
Perishable items purchased via perfumes-world.com may not be returned to Oud & Perfumes
World.
"Final Sale" or clearance products purchased via perfumes-world.com may not be returned
to Oud & Perfumes World
Products which were not purchased via perfumes-world.com may not be returned to Oud &
Perfumes World.
3-Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
Before merchandise can be returned, an Oud & Perfumes World "Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA number)" must be obtained using the online RMA request
facility provided by perfumes-world.com. An RMA Return Request Confirmation will be
issued.
4-Shipping and Handling Charges
Oud & Perfumes World will reimburse return shipping and handling costs only for
damaged or defective merchandise or if return is necessitated by an error on the
part of Oud & Perfumes World;
Customers who choose to return merchandise delivered to them in accordance with
their order requirements and which is not damaged or defective shall bear the
full cost of return shipping and handling.
5-Original Invoice and Other Documents
All merchandise returned to Oud & Perfumes World must be accompanied by:
A copy of the original invoice that came with the original package, or was sent
by other means; and
A copy of the packing slip (delivery note), that came with the original package;
and
A copy of the RMA Return Request Confirmation.
6-Carriers for Returns
perfumes-world.com offers shoppers a choice of shipping agents. Customers considering
returning merchandise to Oud & Perfumes World are advised to use one of the
carriers available via perfumes-world.com and to insure any shipments they make.
7-Refund, replacement or credit for Returned Merchandise
Oud & Perfumes World will notify the sender, via e-mail, fax, or by telephone of
any applicable refund details, once the returned package has been received and
processed. Any refunding is done via credit card. It may take 10 to 20 days for
the credit card company to process the credit back to your account.
Note: the original shipping costs will be refunded only if return is
necessitated by an error on the part of Oud & Perfumes World.
Oud & Perfumes World will replace merchandise, at no additional cost to the
customer, if such merchandise was defective, damaged, or if return was
necessitated by an error on the part of Oud & Perfumes World. Should any item
returned under these circumstances be out of stock, the customer will be offered
the choice of receiving a similar, or better, replacement; or waiting until the
merchandise is replenished; or receiving a credit for the full amount of the
merchandise, via credit card.
8-Customs and Taxes
Customers returning merchandise from outside Saudi Arabia shall be responsible
in full for any taxes, duties or other charges imposed by the country from which
shipment is made.

10-Updating Our Return Policy
Oud & Perfumes World may amend its Return Policy from time to time so as to
offer better service to its customers. Any change or amendment will be promptly
included in this Section, which deals with updates.
11-Legal Language Applied
Arabia Language is the formal and the legal language throughout perfumes-world.com. In
case of any misunderstanding or ambiguity arising from translations, the Arabic
version shall be the legal source and will have precedence as to meaning and
interpretation. |
